The groups are small and it is easy to keep your distance in our new spacious premises in these Corona times.

About the training: 

Group training:

a traditional classic pilates workout on a mat that we also use "magic circles", big / small balls, weights and flexibands.

Max 5 people in a group now in Corona times.

Basic:

here you will learn the basics of Classical Pilates at a slower pace. the exercises in the original order, with proper breathing and controlled movements as well as helping you to improve your posture, strength, flexibility and body awareness. You are introduced to the 6 principles.

Basic / intermediate:

You challenge yourself to perform the exercises faster with more precision and fluency and maintain quality. New exercises are introduced and you continue to develop your strength and flexibility with even more control and fluency. You develop and refine your movement and understanding of the 6 principles "sitting in the spine"!

Pain-adapted / senior: 

You learn the basics of Classical Pilates at a leisurely pace, the training "is picked down "to adapt to the daily form. You train according to your own conditions!

Strengthens, stretches, lengthens, improves posture & balance as well as body awareness.

Personal training (private & duet):

here the training is set up entirely according to your / your conditions 

and tailored to suit your needs. This includes carpet, wunda chair and reformer / cadillac training as well as various smaller tools.
