Where Meditating makes a difference
The one and only meditation centre in all of Skåne and Sweden runs foundation stages and advance stages in Mind & Meditation for the past 5 years.
These courses are offered in Helsingborg at Helsingborg Wellness and in Klippan.
The Art of Meditation has many different forms. There is no right and no wrong form of meditating. At Mind & Meditation we make a difference targeting destructive factors of all human nature. You train to be free of certain mental characteristics by the mental training program offered.
You not only target the mental factors but also train in targeting certain ailments and imbalances of the physic and help in balancing the mind / body working. All of us require that serene tranquillity and know how in energizing our brain power as this is the only way one can define and identify oneself with their entire potential and birth right nature.
This program is good for all whether you are a child, student athlete, CEO of a multinational company etc. Mind & Meditation is open to all from children to adults and courses are also offered to private groups or companies as a whole.
Registration is Mandatory, with limited number of seats available per foundation course and 1st level advance courses. Prices and times are as follows;
1. Little People / fun song path 7 till 12 år – 6 weeks, 600sek
2. Teen special / graded path 13 till 19 år ålder – 8 weeks, 990sek
3.Lighted path 20 år och uppåt – 8 weeks, 1500sek

Vad är Tibetansk meditation?
The Tibetan word for meditation is ‘gom’ – familiarizing. Meditation is to familiarize with a positive state of mind (training of the mind) The word meditation on the whole means “Observing the passage of your time.” It is not just relaxing but it develops a highly concentrated and clear state of mind.
Once we reach this advanced state of mind we learn quickly to transform our mind and develop deep wisdom and insight. In mediation we try to develop wisdom, learn to observe our mind, decrease negative mind states and develop positive states. To reach the right state of mind we need concentration, instead of being all over. We need to observe our own thoughts and mind state instead of being lost in emotions. All factors need to be in balance. We need to be relaxed and concentrated and need to avoid sleepiness and excitement.
Often we think of meditation as a mystical activity. But in fact it is the mindful quality present in all we do. We get continuously distracted from coming to our natural being. Everything pulls us away from our natural mindfulness. We run past opportunities, we are too scared, emotional and worried as to what others think, to be who we are.
Practicing meditation begins by simplifying everything. We tame our minds. We try to overcome anxieties, agitations and habitual thought patterns, so we may be able to sit with ourselves. We tame our minds by using the technique of mindfulness. Practice of mindfulness is the practice of being alive. We will concentrate on breath as in sending and receiving. A short discussion on meditation and its values and ways will be explained. It will not happen in the first session but as you learn to cultivate meditation it gets easier and clearer. So why not come and join and make meditation the way of life. Giving 5 to 15 mts a day of your time to meditation is going to help you observe loving kindness and mindfulness. It is a main practice in the development of Bodhichitta – compassion. (Buddhism).

Vem är Neelam Bertelsen?
My passion in life is following the path of my Lamas from whom I receive a lot on life and its ways. On this journey I decided to study Spiritualism, Holistic and Alternative Medicines and from the year of 1997 to 2003 I immersed myself in this study.
